PAU! is Arlington High School’s Mixed Ultimate team. This team was formed in the spring of 2018 when a micro-burst hit the town, swirling together MAU and PUMAHS athletes in a stint at States. This experience snowballed into a raucous Mixed scene later in the year, as PAU! grew, practiced more together, and compete in the first Massachusetts Fall Mixed League.
PAU! practices and competes in the Fall, and the PAU! culture has been a very successful recruiting catalyst for AUC.
